But it takes a very long time to actually feel symptoms as cancer initially rarely causes pain. I had this health anxiety from a young age and it was exacerbated with my crazy lifestyle in London. I always find it so ironic that the health hypochondriac that everybody told to chill out, ended up with a serious chronic life threatening illness!
